Men's Cotton Art Silk Kurta Set in Maroon

While the outfits I ordered were as they appeared in the picture. I received part of the shipment stained and I contacted customer service to find out about a replacement. I found the tone of the e-mail responses to be rude and accusatory - I sent pictures of the stained outfit.

Your customer service team is very defensive and not at all approachable, sending me pictures of the outfit and suggesting you take pictures of everything before it is shipped send the message that you thought I was not being honest. While I got a replacement for the stained pajama - the confirmation came in the form of a shipping e-mail with the original price listed. The e-mail was confusing so I asked if I was being charged again for the replacement and I got a very condescending and rude e-mail in response.

Loved the kurta, and the fact they even altered it to my liking and delivered it before the estimated date. I would recommend sizing up since kurta's are supposed to loose. Also, the button on the kurta are a tad too big and should be smaller so that they can be buttoned/unbottoned easily.

The outfit is beautiful. Just wish it comes in other colors - white, green and purple rain.
Also the pleats need to be properly creased and ironed into place as in the online photo..
