Tax & Import Duties:
Considering the latest updates in international trade as of August 2025, Customers in the USA will NOT be charged additional tariffs or duties on their orders. Customers outside of the USA and India may need to pay local VAT or customs duties as per your region.
Customers outside of USA and India, depending on your location you will be intimated of any tax or Import fees. If not paid at checkout, these will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery - this applies especially to UK, Canada, EU and Australia order. In most cases the courier will contact you if any VAT, Tax or customs duty is applicable.
Delivery Time:
Please note we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery for your products. Estimated times are mentioned on each product as per the Vendor commitment to ship, however this timeframe is not guaranteed. Most products are shipped in 10-15 days. Items requiring tailoring may take an additional 5 to 7 days. A breakdown of this is as follows: Items are usually dispatched within 5-7 days of purchase. Standard international shipping will take 7-10 days after dispatch. Express shipping will take 3-4 days after dispatch. Please note since orders are processed and shipped from India, there is a time difference of +1 day for your order to get processed.

Karmaplace works on a unique model to bring you products from India in cost-effective way. Prior to shipping any product, KarmaPlace does a full quality check on the product, packaging and size. Delays may occur due to issues at the time of quality check or delay with the vendor. Any Custom-made and custom-stitched items will naturally take longer to ship and will be as per the timeline mentioned on the product listing.
Free shipping :
- Free shipping maybe applicable only at certain times as mentioned on the website. In the event Free shipping is not applicable, you will see shipping rates at checkout. Free shipping may not applicable on products purchased from the SALE page or any discounted catalog.
- In the event of product returns on FREE Shipping offers, Shipping charges at the rate of $5.00 per item will be deducted for each item that is returned.
- Karmaplace reserves the right to end or alter this promotion at any time.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges of products on Karmaplace will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.
