Items That Can't Be Returned

Before you return your item purchased from, make sure that your item can be returned. For all returns you must contact use for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) BEFORE sending eth product back to us.  Products sent back without and RMA number may take additional time to proces or may get lost.

All items must be unused and have all original tags to be considered for refund.  Items sent back for refund without original packaging or in used condition will not be given a refund.

1. Return / Replacement / Refund Policy

All products sold on Karmaplace are brand new and 100% genuine. Karmaplace’s Return Policy covers the buyer against ‘damaged’, ‘mis-shipped’, ‘defective’ and ‘not as described’ products.

Buyers can raise a request for return, replacement/ exchange or refund within the return within 10 days of receiving the product for most items.   For fashion and jewelry items your return request must be received within 3 days of delivery. 

Return requests may be sent if you are not happy withet product or you have changed your mind, however in this case local shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

You will receive an email notification when a return request is raised with an approval for the return and an RMA number.
