Part of making shopping from India easy, is making returns easy!

NOTE;  Our Refund Policy has been updated as of December 21, 2019

For Customers based in the USA, all returns are sent to and processed in our USA-based returns center.   We are a marketplace and the products you purchase are from independent vendors.  Our aim is to provide the most fair policies and the best service to all of our customers.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept the product for a refund or exchange. 

Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order (within 24 hours for any jewelry, mandir or damaged item). 

Some items may be charged a re-stocking fee  (especially items returned in bulk quantity.  First 2 items there is no fee, each subsequent item in the order will incur a 25% re-stocking charge), please review the policy below.  Shipping fees may not be refunded.  Please review the Return policy below and click on the link to file your return:





Q: I just placed an order but now want to cancel it. How can I do this? 

A: Please e-mail, call or whatsapp us immediately with your order # and request to cancel.  Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement for a 100% refund back to your used method of payment.  After 24 hours, order cancellation requests are only approved on a case-to-case basis, depending on if the product(s) in your order are nearing completion for dispatch. If your order cancellation request is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit only. If you need a refund back to your card, a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Q: Why must I inform you within 24 hours of order placement if I want to cancel my order?

A: As soon as you place your order, we get to work right away!  At this point, purchase orders are sent to vendors, and items have already started to be picked, packed and shipped or customized.  So, we request all cancellation requests be reported to us within 24 hours of order placement only.

Q: I missed an important detail in my order. Do I need to cancel my order for this and place a new order?

A: Not at all! If you need to update something in your shipping/contact information or need to update your measurements, please e-mail us at within 48 hours of your order placement and we will make the required adjustments.  Once we have shipped the item to you, however we will not be able to make any changes.




Q: I received my order but would like to return it.   How can I do this?

A: You must click the link for REQUEST A RETURN and submit your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request within 7 days of receiving your item (within 24 hours for Jewelry, Mandir and custom items, as well within 24 hours of any damage issue).

Post receiving your return request, one of our team members will confirm your return request and you will receive the further instructions for your return.  In most cases we will send you a return shipping label.  Depending on the situation, your return shipment costs may be free or a nominal charges of ($3.00-$10.00) will be deducted for return.  Please note the following for all returns:

  • Merchandise must be in brand new condition and must have all tags.
  • All Sale merchandise is "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
  • All custom stitched items cannot be returned and are "Final Sale"
  • Jewelry, hair accessories are all "Final Sale" and may only be returned in the case of damage reported within 24 hours
  • All custom-made products and mandirs are “Final Sale”
  • Bulk returns meaning returning more than 2 items from an order will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

Any items not following these guidelines will not be refunded and the customer will have to pay to re-ship the product back or forego the item.

Q: I bought a bunch of stuff but need to return it, will I be charged a Re-stocking fee?

A: Yes, unfortunately we will have to charge a re-stocking fee of 25% for any bulk returns meaning returns of more than 2 items at a time.  We take great expense in procurement and international shipping, when items are returned they are returned to our warehouse in the USA, not the vendor. Hence we are not able to support a model of bulk purchase "to try and return."

Q: I received my order and there's an error. What will you do to fix this?

A: To err is human - we take strong measures to ensure that our products reach you in the best possible condition, however, if your order reaches you in one of the following conditions, we will take back the product at our own cost and get the correct product delivered out to you ASAP:

  1. Received the wrong product: We will send you a label to ship the product back to us and send you the correct item.
  2. Received an item with a manufacturing defect: We will send you a label to ship the product back to us and send send you a new product.
  3. Received an item with measurements which differ from my provided measurements: We will take back the product from you and inspect the item for any measurement issues. If indeed there is a measurement issue from our end, we will alter the product or send you a new product. If upon inspection it is found that there is indeed no measurement issue from our end, we will happily alter your garments free of cost and send them back to you. However, you will be billed for the return label and for return shipment charges to ship the product back to you.


  1. Received an item and it doesn't fit because I measured wrong: No worries. You can ship the item to us and we can send you an alternate size, however, you will be billed for return shipment charges to ship the product back to you.

Items That Can't Be Returned

Before you return your item purchased from, make sure that your item can be returned. For all returns you must contact use for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) BEFORE sending the product back to us.  Products sent back without and RMA number may take additional time to process or may get lost.

All items must be unused and have all original tags to be considered for refund.  Items sent back for refund without original packaging or in used condition will not be given a refund.

Cleansers, Shower gels, Soaps, Hair loss products, Shampoos and conditioners, Styling gels and hair colors, Lipsticks, lip balms and lip gloss, Eye care and eye makeup, Creams, moisturizers and body lotions, Other hygiene items


Undergarments, Sari blouses & peticoats, any customized or stitched product




All items in this category with the exception of damage reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Refunds to your original mode of purchase or store credit require 2-3 days to process after the item is returned to us.
  • All items must be returned to our USA warehouse.  Customers shipping form outside of the USA we may provide you with a label to ship your product back to us, however the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified above.
  • A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all "bulk returns" - ,meaning returning more than 2 items of an order.
  • A refund will only be issued once we receive your item for return. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or undelivered by your chosen return carrier. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a 'Free Shipping promotion', standard shipment charges paid from our end will be deducted from the refund amount back to you.
  • Do NOT return any item(s) without prior confirmation from a member of our team. If your return has not been approved by a team member, we reserve all rights to deny your return and your package will be returned back to you at your own cost.
