Unlike other websites that require you to ship products to India, we accept returns in our USA warehouse, making it practical to send the item back.  Our aim is to provide you the best products and service. In doing so, we need to implement certain fair policies to help keep our costs low and control waste. 

 

  • GENERAL RETURNS:  In case of a fit or other such issue we will gladly exchange the unused item with original tags for an alternate size or store credit for the product value. You may contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days to ship the item back to our USA warehouse and we will provide you with a store credit. 

           After receiving a valid RMA number you can ship the product back to:

  • REFUND ON ORIGINAL SHIPPING: Original shipping fees paid may not be refunded. 

 

  • RETURN SHIPPING & SHIPPING REFUND: USA customers may request a return shipping label for which return shipping fees (approx.. $10.00 or $5.00 per item) may be deducted from the refund/credit amount. Customers may also return the product on their own with an approved RMA number by shipping the product to:

  • CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.  In case you need to cancel after 24 hours you may contact us, and we will check if it is possible.   For more details please visit our CANCELLATIONS page or drop a note at support@karmaplace.com.

 

  •  RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEM: In the event a wrong or damaged product is received by you, we will provide a full refund or replacement.  In such an event you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.  You will be asked to provide pictures of the product.

 
Please note below certain products are not returnable:

  • NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Products falling under certain categories may not be returned, these included:

 

    1. Any item that has been altered for a custom size or design
    2. Lehengas, Blouses, Men's & Women's Suits that have been “stitched” to Standard or Custom Size
    3. Jewelry due to hygiene reasons may not be returned
    4. Lingerie items
    5. Any item not in original packaging with tags in tact may not be refunded
    6. Clearance Items

     

    • UNEXPECTED DELAYS: Occasionally, things may take a little longer than expected. In the event of any unexpected delays in your order we will contact you before shipping the order.  In the event the item is not yet shipped and you choose to cancel the order due to the delay we will provide you with a full refund.  Once shipped, however and in transit we will not be able to cancel the order.  It is a good idea to always leave a few days buffer for when you require the item by. 

     

    • CLEARANCE ITEMS: Items sold as Clearance Sale are considered Final Sale and may not be returned

     

    • BULK ORDERS: Orders of 3 or more products are considered as “Bulk.”  We advise customers to please contact us about measurements and sizing to avoid any size or fit issue before purchasing in multiple quantity.  Due to the volume and costs involved in bulk orders a re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your return.
