Dear Customers, Partners & Friends,

First and foremost from the bottom of our hearts we thank you for your patronage and patience during this difficult time.  Although the threat of the Corona Virus still exists worldwide, we like you are getting prepared for teh new "normal".  Our topmost priority is the safety and security of our staff, for which we have re-opened with limited staff in the office and most working remotely.  We have managed to clear all or most backlogs and have established logistics channels that will allow us to deliver your prized purchases in reasonable time.  We are working on further improving our fulfillment and will update you regularly.

Due to the ever changing Covid-19 situation, most vendors will remain closed till at least May 17 at the earliest.  Therefor orders will not be shipped before May 20, 2020 at the earliest.  Most orders will be delayed till June.  In case you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us support@karmaplace.com.

Dear Customers, Partners & Friends,

Thank you once again for your continued support and patience during this difficult time.  As we enter May we are hopeful that we will be able to start shipping in the coming weeks.  Whenever possible we will send orders via express delivery, complimentary.  For now we are awaiting the opening up of cities so that our vendors and couriers can resume operations.  We will post an update with  more specific details in the coming week.

Dear Customers, Partners & Friends,

First and foremost we would like to thank you all of our customers for their grace and patience during these trying times.  We are working hard to get your orders out to you.  We are hoping that we will able to ship out many pending orders after April 20 when couriers will be able to operate in India in limited capacity.  The current lockdown is in place in India till May 3,  and we are optimistic that items will get shipped by then at the latest.

Dear Customers, Partners & Friends,

We hope everyone is doing well despite the circumstances and heeding all precautions.   Though we would love to continue serving you as normal, we have certain limitations beyond our control.  We are thankful that governments around the world, including the USA and India have implemented strict restrictions to safeguard further disaster.  However these restrictions prevent our vendors from sending us your products and also from shipping them internationally.   We anticipate that given the 21 days closure of India we would be able to ship your goods by April 15.  We are nonetheless working wit hour courier partners to see if there are any chances of shipping out products sooner. 

We thank you for your continued support and patience.  know that we are doing whatever we can do deliver your goods sooner.

As we have all become aware, the constantly changing and expanding COVID-19 situation around the world is turning our normal way of life upside down.  This is an unprecedented time for everyone — a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty.  However, through all the chaos and confusion, one thing is for sure, we are all in this TOGETHER.

Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we are taking utmost precautions for the safety of our employees and communities.

 

It is important to know that business is not stopped, however we all must take the required safety measures to ensure long-term recovery from this situation.  As a global company we have a responsibility in every community around the world that we serve – to our partners, our customers and our employees.  Of utmost importance at this time is the SAFETY and HEALTH of all the people in our community and organization, as well as doing our part to prevent the further escalation of this virus.  This includes work from home measures, limited essential staff for fulfillment and adherence to preventative norms.

 

We wanted to let you know we are committed to doing our part in weathering this storm and following the prescribed guidelines to counter this pandemic, mainly:

 

1)    Refrain from travel and public spaces – stay at home!

2)    Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds frequently

3)    Resist touching your face, since the virus can infect you only through your mouth nose or eyes

4)    Postpone your events and get togethers – as inconvenient as it may be, it’s the right and safe thing to do

5)    Social distancing is a must and it only works if we all practice it
